How do I restore my purchase?

Restoring your purchase when premium access is missing.

The steps to restore your subscription depend on where your purchase was originally made.

Nova subscriptions can be purchased either through mobile platforms (App Store or Play Store) or directly through the web version of the app. Because of this, the restore process may vary depending on your purchase method.

If you received an email from Nova containing login credentials, such as an email address and password, this usually means that your subscription was started through the web version of the app. In that case, you will need to sign in using those credentials to access your PRO account instead of using the "Restore Purchases" option.

If you subscribed through iOS or Android

If your subscription was purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you can restore your purchase directly from the app without needing to log in with an email address.

To restore your purchase:

  • Open Nova

  • Tap the menu icon (the two lines) in the top-left corner of the home screen

  • Tap the Settings icon (Gear icon) in the bottom-right corner

  • Tap Restore Purchases

The app will automatically check for active subscriptions linked to your Apple ID or Google account and restore your PRO access.

Please make sure:

  • You are signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account used for the purchase

  • Your subscription is still active

  • You have a stable internet connection

If you subscribed through the web

If your subscription was purchased through the web version of Nova, you will need to log in using the email address associated with your purchase.

After subscribing, login credentials are automatically sent to the email address used during checkout.

To access your PRO account:

  • Open Nova

  • Tap the menu icon (the two lines) in the top-left corner of the home screen

  • Tap the Settings icon (Gear icon) in the bottom-right corner

  • Tap "Log in"

  • Enter the email address and password sent to your inbox

Sometimes, these emails may end up in your Spam or Junk folder, so please be sure to check those folders as well.

If you have tried the steps above and still cannot restore your subscription, please contact our support team and share your current User ID (found at the bottom of the Settings screen) along with any relevant screenshots or error messages.
