If your Nova Pro subscription is available on your mobile device but does not appear on the web, it may be because the subscription was purchased while you were not logged in to a Nova account on the mobile app.
Nova can be used on iOS and Android without logging in. However, if you make a purchase before signing in, your subscription may only be connected to that mobile app session. Since there is no login method linked to the purchase yet, Nova cannot automatically recognize the same Pro subscription when you switch to the web.
To use your Nova Pro subscription on both mobile and web, please follow these steps:
Open the Nova mobile app on the device where you purchased the subscription.
Make sure your Pro subscription is active and visible in the mobile app.
Sign in to the Nova mobile app using one of the available login methods:
Google
Apple
Email
After signing in, confirm that your Nova Pro access is still active on the mobile app.
Go to the Nova web app at chat.novaapp.ai.
Sign in on the web using the same login method you used on the mobile app.
Once you log in with the same account, your Nova Pro subscription should sync and become available on the web.
Important:
You need to use the same login method on both mobile and web. For example, if you signed in with Apple on the mobile app, please use Apple to sign in on chat.novaapp.ai as well.
If you sign in with a different method, Nova may treat it as a separate account, and your Pro subscription may not appear.
