How do I request a refund?

Requesting a refund for a Nova subscription or charge.

Refund requests are handled differently depending on where your subscription was purchased.

If you subscribed through the Google Play Store

Google Play subscriptions and refunds are managed directly by Google.

To request a refund:

  • Visit the Google Play Store refund request page

  • Sign in with the Google account used for the purchase

  • Locate your order

  • Follow the instructions provided by Google to submit your request

If you subscribed through the App Store

Apple handles all App Store purchases and refund requests directly.

To request a refund:

  • Visit App Store's refund support page

  • Sign in with your Apple ID

  • Select the subscription or purchase

  • Submit your refund request through Apple

If you purchased a subscription or started a trial through our website, refund requests are reviewed directly by our team to determine whether your purchase meets our refund eligibility criteria.
