To reset your password, you'll use the web version of Nova, since the mobile app signs you in with a secure email link rather than a password.
To reset your password:
Go to novaapp.ai (or open the login screen at novaapp.ai and tap "Forgot password")
Enter the email address associated with your account
Follow the password reset instructions sent to your inbox to create a new password
If you do not receive the password reset email, please make sure to:
Check your Spam or Junk folder
Allow a few minutes for the email to arrive
Confirm that the correct email address was entered
In some cases, password reset emails may be blocked or filtered by your email provider or server settings. If you still cannot find the email, we recommend contacting your email provider to check whether the message was filtered or rejected.
