How to change my password?

Changing your Nova password from account settings.

How you manage your password depends on the platform you're using.

On mobile

  • The Nova mobile app doesn't use a password. You sign in with a secure login link sent to your email instead. So there's no password to change on mobile.

On the web

When you use Nova on the web at novaapp.ai, you sign in with an email and password. To change it:

  • Go to novaapp.ai and open the login screen

  • Tap "Forgot Password"

  • Enter the email address associated with your account

  • Follow the password reset instructions sent to your inbox to set a new password

If you don't receive the email, please:

  • Check your Spam or Junk folder

  • Allow a few minutes for it to arrive

  • Confirm you entered the correct email address
