Your User ID is located at the bottom of the Settings screen in the Nova app.
To find and copy your User ID:
Open Nova
Tap the menu icon (the two lines) in the top-left corner of the home screen
Tap the Settings icon (Gear icon) in the bottom-right corner
Scroll to the bottom of the screen to find your User ID
Tap the copy icon next to it to copy your User ID
Your User ID helps our support team securely verify your account, so it's useful to include it whenever you contact us about subscriptions, account changes, deletion requests, or other issues.
